Chef Events for Exceptional Dining in Napa Valley |
Executive Chef Peter Pahk shares his time at Silverado with many culinary and industry related events for dining in Napa Valley. Several of these events on Napa Valley dining are held on-property while some are held at off-site venues. Below is a list of upcoming culinary events in Napa Valley that Chef Pahk will either be hosting or participating in. Please check back frequently for updates and information about current events.
COCHON 555 is a culinary event featuring five chefs, five pigs, and five wine makers in a friendly competition for a cause. Chef Pahk hosted the Cochon555 event at Silverado on February 28. Click here for photos of some of the amazing dishes served by participating Napa Valley Chefs.

The 17th Annual Napa Valley Mustard Festival offers a full palette of food, wine, art, entertainment, and cultural activities staged throughout the world-famous grape growing region when fields, vineyards, and hillsides are vibrant with wild mustard in bloom. Chef Pahk is on the board of the festival and will be featuring signature dishes prepared from sustainable beef from Christian Brothers' Ranch. Each event he participates in will feature different cuts.

Chef Pahk will participate in a benefit for Napa Valley Education Foundation's "Green Teen" event. The event focuses on bringing awareness to teens and what they can do locally that has an impact on the community.

Monterey Bay Aquarium- Sustainable Foods Information Fair
