Arbor Garden, Fairway Deck & Grand Ballroom
The Arbor Garden, an outdoor venue laid in brick with a circular walkway entrance creates a romantic atmosphere for the perfect wedding ceremony.
Our Fairway Deck, with its white canopy tent and views of the South Golf Course hosts the cocktail reception and is available all evening as a lounge for your guests. It is connected to the Grand Ballroom by two sets of French doors.
The Grand Ballroom is where dinner and dancing take place.
Food and Beverage minimum starts at $20,000 plus tax and gratuity and will increase based on your anticipated guest count.
Venue can accommodate a minimum of 150 guests and a maximum of 350 guests.
Facility fee is $7,000 and includes;
- A five hour event
- Day of coordination that includes management of the rehearsal
- Set up and break down
- Shuttle fee to and from the Grove – for Grove weddings only
- Bridal dressing room on the day of the wedding
- White folding chairs for the ceremony
- Sound system and microphone for the ceremony
- Tables and chairs for the cocktail reception and dinner
- White or ivory linen and napkins
- China, flatware and stemware
- Votive candles on each table
- Personalized printed menus
- Staging and a dance floor – for indoor receptions only
- A complimentary one bedroom fireplace suite for the bride and groom on the night of the wedding
