Minimums (May - Oct):
$20,000.00 in food and beverage charges plus tax and gratuity on Saturdays and Sundays
$10,000.00 in food and beverage charges plus tax and gratuity on Fridays
Site Fees:
$6,100.00 for the Grove
$5,600.00 for the Ballroom and Fairway Deck
$4,100.00 for the Vintners Court and Patio Terrace
Includes:
Tables, chairs, floor length linen, napkins, china, flatware, stemware, water goblets, printed menus, six votive candles per table, set up, tear down and professional wedding coordination for your rehearsal and day of your wedding
Activities:
Golf - $ 160.00 per player and includes one cart per
twosome
Hotel Features:
280 Junior, One and Two bedroom suites scattered amongst our 1200 acre property
Two 18 hole Championship golf courses
Seventeen tennis courts
Ten swimming pools
16,000 sq. ft. full service Spa
Other Fees:
Sales tax is currently 7.75%
Service charge is 20% and is added to all food andbeverage items
Corkage Fee - $ 20.00 plus tax and gratuity per 750ml
Overtime - $ 1,000.00 per hour
Chef fee required for a plated meal in the Grove $800.00
Shuttle fee required for all Grove weddings $200.00 for up to 200 guests
Cake cutting fee required if cake is ordered through outside vendor - $ 2.50 per person
Heat lamps (optional) - $ 85.00 each
Bathroom attendant (optional) - $ 30.00 per hour for a minimum of four (4) hours
