Pete Treyve, PGA
Head Golf Professional
Mr. Pete Treyve comes to Silverado from Troon Golf’s signature property, Troon North in Scottsdale, Arizona. Pete was the 1st Assistant Golf Profession and served a prominent role in the oversight of the entire golf operation including Tournament, Retail, and Instruction. Pete is an accomplished player, instructor and club fitter who has been continually recognized for his customer service skills.
Before Troon North, Pete worked at Marriott Golf’s Camelback Resort. This 36-hole Five Star Golf Resort hosted 50,000 rounds of golf annually and had over 200 members. Pete was responsible for all member events and served as the member liaison for the golf operation. He was also responsible for the oversight of the golf service team and was recognized often for his leadership and management of the operations team.
Pete is a John Jacobs Certified Instructor and has been trained in the Kinetic Golf Program. He has been a member of the PGA since January 2007.
Tara Lipanovich, LPGA
Teaching Professional
Tara Lipanovich,( maiden name Tara Fox) is an LPGA “Class A” Teaching Professional originally from the Napa Valley. Tara has and has taught golf since 1996 and is currently the first female Teaching Professional at Silverado Resort and Spa. She has a great reputation of improving the golf games of both men and women at any age and at all stages in their games. She is also a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 3 Certified Junior Coach and founded the Napa Valley Junior Golf Academy and Silverado Junior Golf Academy.
Tara is a talented teaching professional who loves to teach and watch her students improve. As a previous Pac-10 athlete at the University of California at Berkeley, her interest in teaching the mental game is also one of her favorite subjects. She encourages a comfortable learning environment for all and is determined to keep golf a fun and manageable sport for her students.
Private Lesson Rates
50-Minute Private Lesson:
PGA/LPGA Class A Certified Instructor = $90
Member Price = $70
Assistant Professional = $80
Member Price = $60
Juniors (16 and Under) = $60
Additional Students = $25
30-Minute Private Lesson
PGA/LPGA Class A Certified Instructor = $60
Member Price = $50
Assistant Professional = $50
Member Price = $40
Additional Students are not recommended for 30-minute lessons.
A junior (16 and under) can join any lesson with a paying adult for no charge.
Playing Lesson
Hourly Rate Applies + $25 for Additional Players
$50 Cart Fee for Guests
One Hour Group Lesson
All Instructors
Rate is based on Private Lesson rate plus $25 per person
For Example: A 4-person group with Class A Golf Professional: ($90+ (3 x $25) = $165)
Other Programs
The golf instruction staff at Silverado also offers a variety of custom, group and corporate programs including: golf exhibitions, playing lessons and private full or half day programs.
