Thinking of holding an event at Silverado Resort in Napa Valley and would like to know what others' experience has been? The following are unsolicited letters and remarks we have received which we wish to share with you.

I presented a program for a group of lawyers meeting at Silverado, and the program would have been impossible without Keith's help. He was extraordinary in his expertise, resourcefulness, desire to help, graciousness and good humor. I can't say enough about how much he contributed to the stay of 30 of your guests. Please do Silverado a long-term favor and reward this remarkable young man!"

"We concluded our busy first day in the Napa Valley with a short drive to our lodging for the evening, the Silverado Resort and Spa in Napa. Like several other Napa Valley accommodations, the Silverado is steeped in luxury and offers a feast for the senses. "Cata and Kaya - I wanted to thank you both for everything you did to help make our stay comfortable and our meeting a success. From the moment we arrived at the resort, everyone was very impressed. The rooms were absolutely amazing and my colleagues could not stop talking about them. The meeting space was perfect and your staff was incredible. Our catered breakfast and lunches were also a big hit. Most of my colleagues stated this was the best food they have ever had at a sales meeting. Both our CEO and sales Manager were very impressed and have decided to make the Silverado Resort the venue for next year. Thank you again for helping to make our meeting a success."

"Dear Robert - I wanted to write you and express my thanks for all of the hard work put in by the technical staff at Silverado. I worked primarily with Doug Neville in your A/V department and he did a fantastic job - he was very helpful and responsive at all times. When we were having problems, Doug was able to provide a workaround which saved the day for our computer room. I had several of the partners compliment us on how smoothly everything ran from the technology side and I wanted to pass that along to you. Some of this stuff is "little details" but knowing that the details will be covered really keeps everyone calm and contributes to the success of the meeting. A last word on the general staff of the resort; everyone was very pleasant and helpful and really made my stay enjoyable, both during my working hours and when I was relaxing."

"Dear Mary - I can't tell you how many compliments I've received for the success of our meeting at your glorious location. The rooms were incredible, the beds were VERY comfy, everything was clean and well kept. Just lovely. The rooms coordinator was a trooper in dealing with all of our last minute changes. We managed to receive an accurate guest list at the end and everyone had a room. The meeting room facilities and support were perfect. Not a glitch in the works. None. Amazing. Any one off requests that I made to the banquet office were graciously received and immediately addressed. Also the A/V department was incredible and handled last minute requests in stride. The food was delicious and the presentation was thoughtful. Such a creative way to display the various foods; loved having wines paired with the offerings. Great planning there. The golfing, cooking and hiking lessons were enjoyed by all. All in all, from the direct feedback I've received, the meeting was a huge success. People truly enjoyed themselves and felt they were treated to something incredibly special. You and your staff helped make that possible. A huge thank you."
