What time can I come to the Spa? | Our daily hours of operation are 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Spa treatments are available from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Salon services are available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
When should I make my Spa reservation? | Please call as far in advance as possible to ensure availability of your requested services. How early should I arrive for my Spa appointment? | We suggest arriving 30 minutes prior to your first treatment. Allowing yourself time to check-in, change, and familiarize yourself with the Spa.
What do I need to bring to the Spa? | Yourself. The Spa at Silverado provides you with a robe and sandals. In addition we also provide all the amenities for your hair and body care needs.
What not to bring to the Spa. | In order for everyone to enjoy the Spa, we ask you please don’t bring any electronic devices. For example: Pager, Cell phone or Laptop. We are also an Alcohol and Smoke free environment.
What if I am running late? | Arriving late will limit the time of your Spa service, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guests scheduled appointment.
What if I can’t make my Spa service? | If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify the Spa at least 4 hours prior to your first appointment. Failing to do so will result in a 50% service charge. A “No Show” is charged at full rate.
What else can I do at the Spa? | The Spa facilities include a private men’s and women’s steam, sauna and whirlpool, 25 meter heated lap pool, and full fitness center with cardio equipment and free weights. Ask a Spa coordinator to share our fitness class schedule with you.
What is the tipping policy? | For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be added to all spa services. Additional gratuity is appreciated and accepted for exceptional service.
How do I bring the Spa experience home with me? | Stop by the Spa Boutique to purchase your favorite Spa products used in our treatments. The Spa also offers gift certificates, ideal for any occasion.
