Diana Makhnist was born and raised in Russia where she did competitive gymnastics since age five. Was qualified to Elite Level athlete.Graduated from Academy of Sport in 1993 in Smolensk, Russia, specializing in Fitness Professional Instruction, Professional gymnastics coach, PE teaching and choreography.
Has been working as a gymnastics coach, choreographer, group fitness instructor, and Personal trainer since 1992. Moved to United States in 2005, and continued as a gymnastics coach and fitness professional.
Diana keeps current in education for sports science, sports medicine, general wellness and fitness throughout her career. ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. Her specialties include swimming technique, athletic performance, individual exercise programs, and teaching group fitness. Diana has recently completed Zumba®Instructor Training in Basic Steps Level 1, Zumba®Gold, and Zumba®Sentao. Diana’s philosophy to make exercise effortless, engaging, interesting, motivating, and fun as well as challenging and safe.
