Opening at 6:30 a.m. each morning for breakfast, our Napa Valley restaurant serves lunch from 11:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.; dinner begins at 5:30 p.m., with the last seating at 9:30 p.m. The bar opens at 8:30 a.m. and offers a bar menu from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The Grill at Silverado offers business people, visitors, and resort guests a special place to gather in an exceptional, lush setting with a phenomenal view.
