Does Silverado offer group rates for accommodations to your wedding clients?
Discounted room rates are available if you choose to have your wedding at Silverado.
Can we bring in our own caterer/chef?
No outside catering is permitted.
Do you have a time limit as to the length of a wedding?
Wedding events are allotted six hours that begin from the start of the ceremony and conclude after the last dance.
When does a typical wedding begin and end?
Grove weddings begin at 4:00 p.m. and must conclude by 10:00 p.m. (no exceptions)
Ballroom / Fairway Deck weddings begin at 6:00 p.m. and conclude at 12:00 a.m.
Vintners Court / Patio Terrace weddings begin at 6:00 p.m. and conclude at 12:00 a.m.
Can we extend the six hour period?
Yes, overtime is available for Ballroom and Vintners Court weddings only.
When is last call in your Main Lounge?
Last call is at 1:00 a.m. resort wide.
Can we pre-order more than one entrée option for our guests?
Yes, you are welcome to order up to three different entrée options, however all entrées will all have the same accompaniments (starch and vegetables), and you are required to give us a breakdown seven (7) business days prior to your event as well as provide place cards that denote each guests entrée selection. You will be charged the higher price for all entrées chosen.
Can you guarantee that all of our guests will be located in the same area and all of my rooming requests will be honored?
We cannot guarantee the location, nor can we guarantee your rooming requests. We will absolutely do our best to accommodate your requests within reason. Your Silverado wedding coordinator will work with you and our staff to try and accommodate your requests the best that we can.
Do you offer group rates for golf and spa services?
Regrettably we do not offer discounts on Golf or Spa services.
Can we hold our ceremony at Silverado and reception elsewhere?
No. A dinner or lunch event must follow the ceremony.
Can we bring in our own liquor?
No. You are welcome to bring in your own wine and pay the corkage fee of $20.00 + per bottle.
Can we order our wedding cake through Silverado?
Yes, but keep in mind that we do not specialize in wedding cakes.
How much does an average wedding cost per person inclusive of facility fee, menu, bar, etc.?
A typical wedding costs approximately $225.00 per person depending on the menu you choose and the length you plan to host the bar charges.
