Silverado Resort and Spa is currently closed as we work to prepare the resort for reopening and welcoming our guests after recent wildfires in the area. We are incredibly grateful to the emergency responders working to keep our community safe and our thoughts remain with all those affected.
Our primary concern during the past few days has been the safety of our guests and employees, and we are grateful that all are safe. We are very proud of our dedicated team members, who have been working tirelessly to assist guests with questions and work to clean up the iconic Silverado Resort for reopening…all the while worrying about their own homes and loved ones. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Was the Silverado Resort and Spa damaged by the wildfire?
The permanent structures of the resort are all intact -The historic Mansion, Conference Center, The Silverado Spa, The Silverado Market & Bakery, The Pro Shop, The Clubhouse and The Grill. There is clean-up to be done throughout the resort.
2. I have an upcoming reservation. Are the hotels open and safe or should I cancel?
All reservations arriving now through Friday, October 27th will be cancelled, all deposits will be refunded, and cancellation fees will be waived. Please call our contact center at 855-265-0154 to make any modifications or cancellations to reservations with arrivals after October 27th.
3. Are wineries and restaurants open?
We have been talking with representatives of our local wineries and restaurants, and the vast majority are undamaged and eager to re-open and get back to business as usual. We are happy to provide a list and help coordinate your trip for you.
4. What is the air quality like?
This truly depends on where the wind is blowing. In some areas it is poor, however, the last two days in Napa and Yountville it is sunny with blue and clear skies.
5. Will the experience be the same?
When the resort reopens, we intend to offer our full complement of amenities-The Spa, The Grill, Silverado Market & Meeting and Conference Services.
