Learn to Cook at Beringer Vineyards

Wine is a given in Napa Valley. But what about food? Sure, there are beautiful pairings and every good wine tasting will offer details on what to eat with your favorite vintage. But will they tell you how to prepare the food? Will they share a recipe? Hudson House will. And instructors there invite you and your Valentine to join them in the kitchen for a class on Saturday, February 9th.

Before you set to chopping, enjoy a chef-guided tour through Beringer Vineyards' sensory garden. Then tie on your apron to learn how to make dishes that will be sure to warm your winter palate. On the menu are pasta cacio e pepe, beef wagyu, and chocolate decadence for dessert.

After class, lunch will be served with a splash of Beringer's 99-point 2015 Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. Class begins at 11:30 in the morning and ends at 2:30 pm. Reserve your place online and get ready to indulge.
