Hole in One: Fortinet Championship Comes to Silverado

The PGA Tour is officially back—and there’s no better place to kick off the premiere golfing event for the FedExCup regular season than right here on the rolling fairways of Silverado Resort and Spa. The Fortinet Championship, voted the most fan-friendly PGA Tour event, will be held from September 13-19, 2021, promising an exciting week of golf, food, music and, most importantly: fun! 

True aficionados of the sport know that there’s nothing better than an early start to the day on the field while the players get ready for tee time. As the crisp morning air settles into a bright Napa Valley sunrise, catch your first glimpse of the pros when the official championship opens to the public at 7 AM on Wednesday through Friday, and 8 AM on the weekend. 

Daily tickets also include access to on-course public hospitality venues—including Beer for Birdies, Meiomi Wine Lounge and the Fortinet Food & Wine pavilion, where you can sip Casamigo cocktails on the party deck, try out Chef Morimoto’s sushi rolls or grab some beer at the 360-degree sports bar. Or, join the Patio Club featuring Chef Thomas Keller’s Ad Hoc for premium food and drink options while you enjoy front row views on the 18th fairway. 

The fun doesn’t end when the games do, though—as the sun sets on Napa Valley, the stars will take the stage at the post-golf concert series starting Thursday and running through Friday, when you can jam out to the musical stylings of Chase Rice, The Wallflowers and Weezer, respectively. The artists will bring the entertainment—all you have to bring is yourself.
