    Salmon en Papillote

    To kick off the new year Chef Rodrigo is sharing an easy-to-make, Salmon en Papillote recipe. Taste this delicious dish today!

    PREP TIME: 10 minutes

    COOK TIME: 15-20 minutes

    YIELD: 1 serving

    • 1 salmon fillet (6-8 ounces), pin bones removed
    • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    • 1/2 fennel bulb, sliced into 1/2-inch slabs
    • 4 cremini mushrooms, stemmed and quartered
    • 1/2 cup 1/2-inch diced yam
    • 1/2 bunch tarragon
    • 2 lemon wheels, 1/4 inch think seeds discarded
    • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    Take five minutes out of your day and practice our meditation detox. After this your mind will feel refreshed and your body will be at ease.

    • Grab a cup of your favorite warm beverage. Tea is recommended as it is low in caffeine.
    • Take a comfortable seat and close your eyes.
    • Sit up tall, take a breath in, and release any tension you have with your exhale.
    • Place your hand on your heart or place your cup next to your heart.
    • Continue to breathe slowly and deeply in and out through your nose, keeping your shoulders resting comfortably.
    • Sip your beverage as you feel the warmth travel through your body... relax into the feeling.
    • Continue your breathing and relax into your chair.
    • Sip your beverage whenever you feel like... you are in control and everything feels perfect.
    • Continue breathing and sipping until you feel refreshed.
