Each month as Executive Chef Patrick Prager creates a four-course dinner menu paired with gorgeous wines from one of our local valley winery partners. Book our Wine Dinner Overnight Room Package for one of these featured evenings of food and wine to enjoy seats at the table and overnight resort accommodations.
Includes one (1) Wine Dinner ticket per registered person ages 21+ for the date of stay. Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Non-retroactive rate. Cancellation Policy: 72 hour prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night's room, tax, and resort fee. Early Departure Policy: Guests who depart prior to the confirmed reservation end date will be charged the last night’s room, tax, and resort fee.

Copain Wine Dinner

Join us for this special evening with Copain. Dinner will be hosted in the Royal Oak room overlooking the South Course and Atlas Peak. Executive Chef Patrick Prager has created a four-course menu that pairs with these incredible Sonoma County wines.
Copain, meaning 'friend' in French, specializes in vineyard designate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Syrah from cool climate vineyards in Mendocino, Monterey, and Sonoma counties.
