The resort’s much anticipated new 6,000-square-foot chef’s bountiful garden debuted in June with the freshest seasonal produce from aromatic herbs to heirloom tomatoes and citrus, to pollinator-friendly edible flowers.

Sustainable elements of the new garden include an ambitious composting program processing over five gallons of food waste per week and a custom irrigation program.
