    Meet the Coaches

    Judith Caldwell, MST, EdD
    Judith Caldwell has been teaching movement classes since 1975. A recipient of two master’s degrees and a doctorate, she’s a compassionate professional who finds pleasure in promoting physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual wellbeing through holistic means. Currently, Judith offers integrative exercise classes, meditation sessions, and workshops at Silverado Resort and Spa, and is also a degreed and licenses Non-Denominational minister.

    Jason Sampson, Fitness Supervisor
    Jason Sampson has been in the Fitness Industry since 2009. He is a Crossfit Level 1 certified trainer, TRX certified for small group classes and TRX for Yoga and stretching, N.A.S.M. (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer. N.A.S.M. has set the standard for over 20 years in certification and continuing education for health and fitness. Jason has successfully led Fitness classes and designed Personal workouts that motivates clients to achieve their Fitness goals. His programs are designed to encourage proper form, nutrition choices, as well as effectively breaking down complex movements into manageable pieces ensuring clients are able to grasp the concepts and perform movements safely, successfully, and proficiently. He has been a member of the Spa Fitness team since 2012.
