    The core is the body’s center of power. Train your deep abdominal muscles, stabilize your lower back, and improve flexibility.

    Easy Does It
    Exercise does not need to be strenuous to be effective. Join us for a total body workout, including strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility training.

    Meet the Coaches

    Judith Caldwell, MST, EdD
    Judith Caldwell has been teaching movement classes since 1975. A recipient of two master’s degrees and a doctorate, she’s a compassionate professional who finds pleasure in promoting physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual wellbeing through holistic means. Currently, Judith offers integrative exercise classes, meditation sessions, and workshops at Silverado Resort and Spa, and is also a degreed and licenses Non-Denominational minister.

    Nancy Mullen, Fitness Supervisor/Personal Trainer
    A 30-plus-year veteran of the fitness industry, Nancy graduated from Temple University with a degree in Physical Education, and has worked as an aerobic instructor, director, and manager. She’s earned a number of certifications and distinctions — including the AFAA Personal Training Certification and ACE Certified Professional Aerobic Instructor — and continues to keep current with fitness trends. Most recently, she completed WaterART Instructor Training for shallow- and deep-water workouts, and remains committed to helping people make exercise part of their daily lives.
