    Full Swing Express

    $99 Per Student

    We understand that time is precious. Our "Full Swing Express" course will restore confidence in your swing in the shortest amount of time possible. Each 1 ½ hour course will focus on some of the most common full swing shots that have a tendency to derail your game. Get back on track and start to play better golf. Topics include:

    • The Tee Shot
    • Playing From the Rough
    • Recovery Shots
    • 40-50 Yard Shots

    Short Game Express

    $99 Per Student

    On average, 6-7 shots are squandered on and around the putting surfaces. Those are shots we can't get back. Our "Short Game Express" course will restore confidence in your short game. Each 1 ½ hour course will focus on some of the most common "mini shots" that many golfers struggle with. Boost your short game, get up and down more often, and start to lower your scores immediately. Topics include:

    • The Chip Shot
    • The Short Pitch Shot
    • Bunker Play
    • 6 Foot Putts

    Adult Golf Clinics

    Weekly clinics are designed to target specific areas for improvement. We discuss a variety of topics that will ensure that your game is ready for the golf course. Carefully chosen subject matter will give you the opportunity to sharpen your skills where you need it, learn new techniques, understand proper club selection, and discover effective practice techniques. All clinics from 9:30am - 10:30am.

    Junior Golf Clinics

    $35 Per Child

    Open to junior golfers aged 9-14 years old, junior golfers will have fun, learn about the essentials of the full swing, short game, putting, and build a love for the game. Junior clinics available every Saturday from 11:00am - 12:00pm.


    Private Instruction

    • 30 minute quick fix: $75
    • 60 minute private lesson: $125
    • Two-hour playing lesson: $250

Meet The Instructors

  • Dolce Silverado Golf Matt Ditto

    Tom Sims, PGA

    Head Golf Professional

    Tom joined Silverado Resort and Spa on March 9, 2015, as Head Golf Professional. There is nothing he hasn’t done in the golf industry: A Class-A PGA Golf Professional for over 25 years, Tom has worked as a General Manager, Director of Golf, Head Professional, and Director of Instruction over the course of his career. He also served as West Coast Director of Instruction for Bird Golf Academies between 1999 and 2015, and is comfortable tutoring golfers of all skill levels.

    Matt Dito, PGA

    Teaching Professional

    Originally from Petaluma, California, Matt has been a Class-A Member of the PGA of America since 2005. He’s taught golf since 1998, and has studied the teachings of well-known golf instructors Eddie Merrins, Dave Pelz, and Stan Utley. Utilizing that knowledge, Matt has created his own distinct brand of instruction, one that emphasizes fundamentals and engages the student to determine their specific needs and how best to fulfill them. Matt enjoys working with students of all ages and ability levels, and loves helping junior golfers develop their swings and a passion for the game. When he isn’t teaching, Matt competes professionally with the Northern California Professional Golfers’ Association (NCPGA).
