    Every Friday & Saturday from 5:00pm-6:30pm

    Taste the very best of Napa Valley at Silverado Resort and Spa. Each party will have a wine barrel for their tasting table and wines will be paired with small bites prepared by Chef Rodrigo. Wine education is presented by our very own Jennifer Belmont, Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.


    Wines that will be poured through August events:

    • Sparkling - Schramsberg
    • Chardonnay - Chateau Montelena
    • Sauvignon Blanc - AXR
    • Merlot - Freemark Abbey
    • Cabernet Sauvignon - Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars

    Cost: $79 plus tax per person.
    Location: The Vineyards overlooking the 18th hole on the South Course.

    End your day on a high note at our glass-walled Patio Terrace. Enjoy innovative libations, cocktail service bites, and stunning Napa sunsets.

    Convene with friends, converse with colleagues, or unwind next to a fit pit. Drink, eat and enjoy a selection of specialty cocktails served only from the Mansion bar.

    Life's better poolside! Lounge at the resorts main pool and indulge in some of our Mexican-inspired refreshments from our revamped menu. 

    Food & Beverage service from 11:00am - 6:00pm daily

    POOLSIDE ESSENTIALS 

    Currently, only the “Main Pool” located next to the Tennis Courts is available for guest use due to Napa County regulations.

    The maximum occupancy for the Main Pool is 70 guests.  It is first come, first serve with no time limit for guests.

Meet The Chefs

    Rodrigo Cuadra

    Executive Chef

    Chef Rodrigo, a Miami native, discovered his love of cooking at an early age and enrolled in a program called “Chefs in Training." He then furthered his passion and enrolled at Johnson & Wales University where he received a Culinary Arts degree, leading him to later became the sous chef at the Four Seasons Miami and cooking for celebrities such as Jennifer Lopez, Will Smith, and alongside superstar chefs at South Beach Food and Wine Festivals.

    In 2010, Cuadra moved to California to work for world renowned Chef Thomas Keller. Under Keller's wing, Cuadra polished his culinary technique which helped his transition to work at Golden 1 Center and help create a movement to become the Farm-to-Fork capital in the U.S. Now as Executive Chef of Silverado, Chef Rodrigo continues to keep true to his philosophy of procuring the best ingredients possible and letting them shine.

    Pablo Jacinto

    Chef de Cuisine

    Born and raised in Oaxaca, Mexico, Chef Pablo immigrated to Napa Valley in 1986. Once settled, he worked alongside such premier chefs as Michael Chiarello, Philippe Jeanty, and Cindy Pawlcyn.

    Under Pawlcyn’s mentorship, Chef Pablo developed a passion for creating hearty dishes, and brought the Mexican cuisine of his upbringing to Napa Valley’s gourmet restaurant scene. In the years since, he crafted unique meals for Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen, conceptualized for C Casa Taqueria, and continues striving to bring American diners the finest in Latin American cooking.
