    We are serving Brunch, Happy Hour and Dinner in our spacious outdoor patio. The Grill is open from 7:30am - 2:30pm and 6:00pm - 9:00pm.  

    Brunch - 7:30am - 3:00pm
    Bar Bites - 3:00pm - 5:00pm
    Dinner - 5:00pm - 9:00pm

    Treat your taste buds right. Featuring a range of menu options, all prepared with seasonal ingredients, The Grill puts Napa’s finest offerings on full display.

    Terms & Conditions: For every adult meal purchased at the Grill Restaurant, Kids 12 years and younger eat for free ordering off of the Grill Children’s menu. Children’s Beverage included. Outdoor restaurant seating and take-out available.

    Every Tuesday Night at The Grill

    We want to treat our community! Every Tuesday night The Grill will be hosting a Locals Night where guests will receive 15% off their total and complimentary corkage. Whether it's a special occasion or if you're looking to enjoy some bubbles and watch the sunset, come to Silverado and we'll take care of you!

Meet The Chefs

    Rodrigo Cuadra

    Executive Chef

    Chef Rodrigo, a Miami native, discovered his love of cooking at an early age and enrolled in a program called “Chefs in Training." He then furthered his passion and enrolled at Johnson & Wales University where he received a Culinary Arts degree, leading him to later became the sous chef at the Four Seasons Miami and cooking for celebrities such as Jennifer Lopez, Will Smith, and alongside superstar chefs at South Beach Food and Wine Festivals.

    In 2010, Cuadra moved to California to work for world renowned Chef Thomas Keller. Under Keller's wing, Cuadra polished his culinary technique which helped his transition to work at Golden 1 Center and help create a movement to become the Farm-to-Fork capital in the U.S. Now as Executive Chef of Silverado, Chef Rodrigo continues to keep true to his philosophy of procuring the best ingredients possible and letting them shine.

    Pablo Jacinto

    Chef de Cuisine

    Born and raised in Oaxaca, Mexico, Chef Pablo immigrated to Napa Valley in 1986. Once settled, he worked alongside such premier chefs as Michael Chiarello, Philippe Jeanty, and Cindy Pawlcyn.

    Under Pawlcyn’s mentorship, Chef Pablo developed a passion for creating hearty dishes, and brought the Mexican cuisine of his upbringing to Napa Valley’s gourmet restaurant scene. In the years since, he crafted unique meals for Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen, conceptualized for C Casa Taqueria, and continues striving to bring American diners the finest in Latin American cooking.
