Is Silverado Resort pet friendly?

No, we do not allow pets. 

When are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.

How do I send an amenity to someone staying at the resort?

To send an amenity to a guest staying at the resort, please call Room Service at 707-257-5336.


How can I purchase a gift card?

Guests can purchase them online here. They are not sold on property.

No, Silverado Resort does not allow smoking on property.

What is required upon check-in?

Upon check-in, you will need your credit card that was used to book the room and identification.

Do you have ADA rooms?

Yes, ADA rooms will show in the booking engine when they are available.

Can I store my luggage if I arrive before my check-in time or check out early?

Yes, we can hold your luggage if you decide to arrive or check out early.

How do I connect to Wi-Fi?

To connect to Wi-Fi, go to your phone's Wi-Fi settings and connect to "Silverado Resort & Spa."

What should I do if I lost or forgot something in my room?

Do you offer shuttle service?

Yes, we offer resort wide shuttle services for your convenience. However, we do not offer airport transportation.

Are there electric vehicle charging stations available?

Yes, we have electric vehicle charging stations located in our parking lot.

How far away is Silverado Resort from the airport?

Silverado Resort is 55 miles away from the Oakland Airport, 61 miles away from the San Francisco International Airport, 70 miles away from the Sacramento International Airport and 45 miles away from the Sonoma County Airport.

Is there on-site parking?

Yes, there is on-site self parking. We offer motorcycle parking & limited RV, boat, and trailer parking available in the gravel lot next to the Spa.


What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If guests booked through a third party, they must cancel directly through them.

What is included in the resort fee?

Our resort fee includes: Internet, Self-Parking, Main Resort Pool, Fitness Center, In-Room Coffee and Tea, 800 and Local Napa Calls, Tennis Court fees, and Golf Bag storage.

The Spa at Silverado's facilities and amenities are available for all registered resort guests 16 years or older and includes access to the sauna, steam room, whirlpool, locker lounges and lap pool for a daily fee of $40.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

How do I arrange early check-in or late check-out for my stay?

Early check-in and check-out is based upon availability. Guests can check with the front desk the day of their arrival or departure.

What time does the course open?

Our North and South golf courses open at 7:00am weather permitting and based on season.

What are the Golf Pro Shop hours?

The Golf Pro Shop hours are from 7:00am to 5:00pm Daily.

Can I use a gift card to book a tee time?

Yes, we accept gift cards as a form of payment when booking tee times.

Can I purchase food from your F&B outlets even if I am not staying at the resort?

Yes, you can purchase food from all of our outlets even if you do not have a room reservation.


How many wedding venues do you have?

We have 3 Wedding Venues:

1. The Grove - Maximum of 280 guests

2. The Mansion - Maximum of 280 guests

3. The Vineyard - Maximum of 100 guests

I already have a place for my ceremony, do you do receptions only?

Absolutely! We would be honored to host your friends and family for reception only!

What suggestions do you have for photography locations?

With 1,200 acres, there is no limit to the number of beautiful photo spots! Have your photographer come out on a visit with us to find the space that suits you as a couple!

Can we hire outside caterers?

Only in the cases where traditional ethnic cuisine is required. Plate Fees and Outside Catering fees will apply.

Can we hire outside vendors?

Yes! While we do recommend you use vendors from our Preferred Vendors List, as long as you hire licensed and insured businesses, we look forward to working with them!

Do you offer a backup location in the event of inclement weather?

We do not guarantee weather backup. We offer the following options:

1. Pick up and move the event indoors if we have the space available.

2. If that was not possible, tenting would be the client's responsibility.

What is a site fee and what does it include?

Site fees range from $5,000-$14,000 depending on the season, day of the week, and venue.

Do events have to end at a certain time?

All outdoor events must end by 10:00pm, while indoor events can go as late as 1:30am.

Who helps me throughout the planning process? If so, with what?

We provide you with a service manager who assists with all things Silverado! Your service manager will:
• Answer any questions, provide event venue suggestions and act as your primary Resort contact throughout the planning process.
• Act as menu consultant for all food and beverage selections, including curating a menu tasting to achieve value for your dollar, while meeting the required contracted minimums.
• Detail your Banquet Event Order outlining the event specifics.
• Create estimates along the way to ensure minimums are met, and budget is kept on track.
• Establish contact with the Group Rooms Coordinator for guest room block, who will monitor the status of reservations.
• Oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception venues.
• Ensure a seamless transition to the Banquet Caption on the day of your event.

Is the sales manager I booked my wedding with present the day of the wedding?

Both your sales manager and service manager will be there for your wedding day!

Does the catering manager help with the ceremony rehearsal?

Yes, they will be there to assist your wedding planner!

How can I book my wedding at Silverado?

Do you require a wedding coordinator?

Yes! At minimum a Day of Wedding Coordinator is required, and that planner should be selected from our Preferred Vendors List.

Do you include a menu tasting?

We do include a complimentary menu tasting, for the couple, two guests, and the wedding coordinator.

Do you include a Ceremony Rehearsal?

A Ceremony Rehearsal is included, and is to be scheduled one month prior to the wedding.

How long is our event (ceremony & reception)? Can we setup earlier than that?

From the start of the ceremony to the end of the reception we allot six hours. We typically block three hours of set-up time pre-ceremony start.

Can we bring in our own beer and liquor?

Silverado Resort has to supply all alcoholic beverages, with the exception of wine, which will be subject to a $25 per bottle corkage fee.

When is the final payment due?

Final payment is due two weeks prior to the wedding date.

When are my head counts due?

Head counts are due two weeks prior to the wedding date.

When do we need to make the call for weather?

At maximum 72 hours before, and minimum 24 hours before.

Are children allowed?

Yes! We have a fun children's menu that will make them feel included on the big day!

Can my pet be a part of my ceremony?

Yes, please ask your Sales Manager about it!

What amenities do you offer for Bridal Parties?

We offer discounts on Golf and Spa Services so your guests can enjoy all that Silverado has to offer.

Do you include a "Getting Ready" room in the package?

We recommend using a suite to get ready in! We include a complimentary two-night stay for our bride and groom, and discounts on room rates for your guests and bridal party.

Is there parking on-site for our guests? If so, is it complimentary?

Yes, we have plenty of parking that is complimentary to your guests!

How do we get around the property?

Our wonderful Bell Team will shuttle guests around the property by request.

Do you offer shuttle service to and from the airport?

We do not offer airport shuttle service, however we can recommend companies to assist.
