No, we do not allow pets. 

When are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.

How do I send an amenity to someone staying at the resort?

No, Silverado Resort does not allow smoking on property.

What is required upon check-in?

Upon check-in, you will need your credit card that was used to book the room and identification.

Do you have ADA rooms?

Yes, ADA rooms will show in the booking engine when they are available.

Can I store my luggage if I arrive before my check-in time or check out early?

Yes, we can hold your luggage if you decide to arrive or check out early.

How do I connect to Wi-Fi?

To connect to Wi-Fi, go to your phone's Wi-Fi settings and connect to "Silverado Resort & Spa."

What should I do if I lost or forgot something in my room?

Transportation

Do you offer shuttle service?

Yes, we offer resort wide shuttle services for your convenience. However, we do not offer airport transportation.

Are there electric vehicle charging stations available?

Yes, we have electric vehicle charging stations located in our parking lot.

How far away is Silverado Resort from the airport?

Silverado Resort is 55 miles away from the Oakland Airport, 61 miles away from the San Francisco International Airport, 70 miles away from the Sacramento International Airport and 45 miles away from the Sonoma County Airport.

Is there on-site parking?

Yes, there is on-site self parking. We offer motorcycle parking & limited RV, boat, and trailer parking available in the gravel lot next to the Spa.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If guests booked through a third party, they must cancel directly through them.

What is included in the resort fee?

Our resort fee includes: High Speed Wi-Fi, Bottled Waters, Resort Self-Parking, Main Resort Pool Access, Fitness Center Access, In-Room Coffee and Tea, 800 and Local Napa Calls, Tennis Court Fees, and Golf Bag Storage.

The Spa at Silverado's facilities and amenities are available for all registered resort guests 16 years or older and includes access to the sauna, steam room, whirlpool, locker lounges and lap pool for a daily fee of $40.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

How do I arrange early check-in or late check-out for my stay?

Early check-in and check-out is based upon availability. Guests can check with the front desk the day of their arrival or departure.

Can I purchase food from your F&B outlets even if I am not staying at the resort?

Yes, you can purchase food from all of our outlets even if you do not have a room reservation.

Weddings

How many wedding venues do you have?

We have 3 Wedding Venues:

1. The Grove - Maximum of 280 guests

2. The Mansion - Maximum of 280 guests

3. The Arbor and Vintner's Court - Maximum of 80 guests

I already have a place for my ceremony, do you do receptions only?

Absolutely! We would be honored to host your friends and family for reception only!

What suggestions do you have for photography locations?

With 1,200 acres, there is no limit to the number of beautiful photo spots! Have your photographer come out on a visit with us to find the space that suits you as a couple!

Can we hire outside caterers?

Only in the cases where traditional ethnic cuisine is required. Plate Fees and Outside Catering fees will apply.

Can we hire outside vendors?

Yes! While we do recommend you use vendors from our Preferred Vendors List, as long as you hire licensed and insured businesses, we look forward to working with them!

Do events have to end at a certain time?

All outdoor events must end by 10:00pm, while indoor events can go as late as 1:30am.

Who helps me throughout the planning process? If so, with what?

We provide you with a service manager who assists with all things Silverado! Your service manager will:
• Answer any questions, provide event venue suggestions and act as your primary Resort contact throughout the planning process.
• Act as menu consultant for all food and beverage selections, including curating a menu tasting to achieve value for your dollar, while meeting the required contracted minimums.
• Detail your Banquet Event Order outlining the event specifics.
• Create estimates along the way to ensure minimums are met, and budget is kept on track.
• Establish contact with the Group Rooms Coordinator for guest room block, who will monitor the status of reservations.
• Oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception venues.
• Ensure a seamless transition to the Banquet Caption on the day of your event.

Does the catering manager help with the ceremony rehearsal?

Yes, they will be there to assist your wedding planner!

How can I book my wedding at Silverado?

Do you require a wedding coordinator?

Yes! At minimum a Day of Wedding Coordinator is required, and that planner should be selected from our Preferred Vendors List.

Do you include a menu tasting?

We do include a complimentary menu tasting, for the couple, two guests, and the wedding coordinator.

Do you include a Ceremony Rehearsal?

A Ceremony Rehearsal is included, and is to be scheduled one month prior to the wedding.

How long is our event (ceremony & reception)?

From the start of the ceremony to the end of the reception we allot six hours.

Can we bring in our own beer and liquor?

Silverado Resort has to supply all alcoholic beverages, with the exception of wine, which will be subject to a $25 per bottle corkage fee.

Are children allowed?

Yes! We have a fun children's menu that will make them feel included on the big day!

What amenities do you offer for Bridal Parties?

We offer discounts on Golf and Spa Services so your guests can enjoy all that Silverado has to offer.

Do you include a "Getting Ready" room in the package?

We recommend using a suite to get ready in! We include a complimentary two-night stay for our bride and groom, and discounts on room rates for your guests and bridal party.

Is there parking on-site for our guests? If so, is it complimentary?

Yes, we have plenty of parking that is complimentary to your guests!

How do we get around the property?

Our wonderful Bell Team will shuttle guests around the property by request.

Do you offer shuttle service to and from the airport?

We do not offer airport shuttle service, however we can recommend companies to assist.

Rewards

Do I receive a membership card?

No membership card is required to be a Silverado Rewards Member.

Where can I view and track my stays and Rewards?

Simply sign-in to your account at www.rewards.silveradoresort.com to track your stays and available Rewards.

Do my Silverado rewards expire?

Please refer to each Reward for the expiration period. All unused rewards will expire as of the date specified in each individual offer.

How do I cancel my Silverado Rewards membership?

If you would like to stop receiving Rewards on your qualifying stays, please contact us at rewards@silveradorewards.com for assistance.

How do I update my Silverado Rewards account information?

Sign into your Silverado Rewards account at www.rewards.silveradoresort.com to make any necessary changes to account information. To modify your email address, please reach out to rewards@silveradorewards.com.

Can I have more than one person on my Silverado Rewards membership?

A Silverado Rewards membership is for individual use only. However, you can encourage your friends and family to join as well so they can start receiving Rewards on their direct online bookings with Silverado Resort.

What if my reservation is cancelled?

If your reservation is cancelled, you will no longer be eligible to receive Silverado Rewards. 

What do I need to do to ensure all my Silverado Resort stays are tracked?

Always use the email address associated with your Silverado Rewards account when booking online. Note that only direct online bookings at silveradoresort.com are eligible to earn Rewards.

Can I earn rewards on more than one room at a time?

You can earn Rewards for each reservation regardless of the number of rooms booked

Do I earn points for purchases?

There are no points to track in the Silverado Rewards program. As a Silverado Rewards Member, when you book a qualifying rate on our website silveradoresort.com, we'll invite you to choose Rewards like food and beverage specials and other on-property amenities.

How do I track past stays?

With the Silverado Rewards program, it is not necessary to track past stays since you will receive immediate benefits, value-adds and Rewards to make your experience more memorable, personal and rewarding. You receive Rewards for upcoming reservations booked online at silveradoresort.com only.

How do I earn Silverado Rewards?

Be sure you are logged in when making your reservation online to associate your stay with your Silverado Rewards account. Your hotel booking must be made directly on silveradoresort.com and must use the same email address you used to register for Silverado Rewards. Rewards will be available to choose on silveradorewards.com beginning 30 days before your arrival date. Some rates or special promotions may be excluded from the Rewards program.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

For changes to existing reservations, please follow the instructions on your confirmation email or contact the Silverado Reservations Team at 844.421.6474 or via email at silveradoreservations@silveradoresort.com

I made a reservation before I joined Silverado Rewards can I still receive Rewards for my upcoming stay?

Unfortunately, Rewards are only available during the booking process. It is not possible to receive Rewards if your reservation was made before joining the Silverado Rewards program.

Who can join Silverado Rewards?

It's free and easy to join for U.S. residents 21 years of age and over. To become a member, you can sign up at www.rewards.silveradoresort.com and enjoy rewards when you book directly.

What stays are eligible for Silverado Rewards?

To qualify for Rewards, you must first be a Silverado Rewards Member at the time of booking the reservation. Then, be sure you are booking directly through silveradoresort.com. Reservations made outside of silveradoresort.com or reservations booked before becoming a Silverado Rewards Member are not eligible to receive Rewards for upcoming stays.

What if I want to change the Rewards I selected during booking?

It's easy to change Rewards selected during booking. Simply log-in to your Silverado Rewards account at www.rewards.silveradoresort.com prior to your reservation and you'll have the option to update your Rewards.

What if my selected reward is not available during my stay?

We do our best to accommodate every Reward selection. In the event that your chosen Reward is unavailable during your stay, a Silverado Resort team member at the redeeming outlet will offer an alternative of the same value

How do I redeem my rewards?

You will receive an email the day before your arrival with detailed instructions on redeeming your Rewards at check-in.

When can I choose my Silverado rewards?

Your Welcome Rewards will be available immediately as soon as you join Silverado Rewards. You will receive an email notifying you that they are available for selection. Can I choose more than one of the same Reward? You can choose a Reward only once per each qualified hotel booking.

Can my membership be revoked?

Your membership may be revoked by Silverado Resort at its sole discretion, at any time. Any abuse of the rewards program, violation of any of the Terms and Conditions or other conduct that may be detrimental to our interests may result in revocation of your membership.

Can the program be modified or terminated?

Silverado Resort may, at its sole discretion, modify or terminate the program, the Terms and Conditions, or any other feature of the rewards program, at any time and without prior notice.
